Oscar is the boss of the first episode. He is a large deadly fish created or mutated by Dr. Riptide. Oscar launches mines from his mouth and can move in sudden bursts of speed.
Oscar can only be damaged if hit from behind. When defeated, Oscar sinks while exploding.
